  • Problem analysis and definition (current state analysis) is a crucial initial step in our approach. Before starting any assignment, Simmtex thoroughly reviews and challenges the initial understanding of the problem to ensure clarity and precision. We carefully define the core issue the client is facing, assess the scope where the solution will be applied, and verify that all stakeholders are aligned. This rigorous process helps to identify the true root causes, prevent scope creep, and lay a solid foundation for developing effective, targeted solutions.
  • Target setting & success criteria (future state) – We set SMART targets (See "Client journey of Success" for more detail) t at the beginning of every assignment.

  • Process Development & Optimisation – enables development of a new processes or optimisation of existing ones utilising Kaizen continuous improvement mindset. Simmtex will document the new process, define its boundaries and connections to other existing processes, define affected stakeholders and owners of the process, roll out, and test it and train the relevant parties how to use it.
  • Tool Development & Optimisation – enables development of a new tool or optimisation of an existing one (see our Consulting Portfolio for more information). Simmtex will document the new tool, define it limitations and connections to other existing tools and processes, define affected stakeholders and owners of the tool, roll out and test it, and train the relevant parties how to use it.
  • Training – opportunities are detailed in the “Training academy” section. Training can be delivered as a standalone training assignment, or as a part of a larger consulting project. All trainings ca be organised as virtual or physical:
    • Awareness training of selected individuals/parts of the organisation
    • “Train the trainer” or “train the facilitator” for selected individuals
    • Team training – “on the project” training
  • Problem solving – Enables the team or a part of the organisation or the management team to focus on solving two types of problems:
    • Find the root cause of a particular problem (for example: quality problem in production)
    • Organisational problem solving (improving engagement & motivation in teams) by performing interviews among the stakeholders and use their inputs to develop the root-causes and then solution a solution space and the implementation strategy.

  • Coaching – Coaching is combined with other consulting activities as an invisible add-on that will help selected individuals grow and mature in their way of thinking and perception of the role they play in the business. Simmtex can challenge the “status quo” thinking and enable individuals to mature through “invisible” on-the-job coaching. We can deliver coaching to individuals as well as to teams.
  • Project leadership – Enables smooth and purposeful execution of projects. Simmtex can both lead client projects or support the project leaders and their respective teams in leading the projects through workshop facilitation, challenge of project plans, training of the project teams, and the project leaders’ coaching.
  • Facilitation – Enables the client to focus on their core business while the facilitator focuses on the organisation, execution, documentation and follow up of an event (meeting or a workshop). Simmtex can facilitate tailor-made workshops for different levels of the client organisation (project team, management team, leadership team) or standard workshops that we have as part of our service offering, for example “3P”, “Voice of Customer”, or a “Kaizen” workshop on any chosen topic or process.
  • Change management – Change Management is a generic term that describes the state of mind of an organisation which is ready and is undertaking planned changes in their thinking, strategy, operating plans, etc. Simmtex can deliver tailor-made change initiatives in the following domains:
