Simmtex established partnership and cooperation agreement with the following entity:
1. CBAM Tracker
Integrated management consultancy and IT service provider to manufacturing sector companies with a reporting obligation under EU CBAM regulation Set up in 2024 by Milos Tipsarevic and Boris Mavra: experienced engineering and software professionals with a long record of successful solutions delivery.
Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism is EU regulation aimed at preventing “carbon leakage”. Initially covers specific products in certain carbon-intensive industries: iron and steel, aluminium, fertilisers, cement, hydrogen, electricity; planned scope extensions. Designed to level the playing field for EU producers paying carbon taxes and incentivise non-Eu trading partners to decarbonize.
2. Riskpoint
Riskpoint is a software agency developing business applications in finance, accounting, logistics and regulation. Riskpoint was founded in 2003 by Boris Mavra.
3. Component 2.0
Component 2.0 is founded to invent and provide optimal mechanical component solutions in close cooperation with the industry. They provide new solutions for the generic mechanical problems.
Despite the eminent design, production, and material possibilities present today, most of the mechanical components are still based on aged geometrical principals from around world war I. Component 2.0 solutions support skilled customers in their work of increasing product and business performance.
The founder of Component 2.0 is Janus Juul Rasmussen.
