Simmtex partnered with a leading plastic packaging manufacturer facing challenges in delivering goods within agreed timeframes. To address this, we initiated a comprehensive Management Performance Coaching Program focused on improving real-time visibility, data management, and team communication.
Our approach began with visualizing order status through a clear, real-time dashboard (see figure 4), empowering cross-functional teams to better correlate individual knowledge and operational data. For example, recognizing low raw material stock levels enables procurement to expedite supply, while having a unified view of order schedules allows management to make informed, timely decisions.
To enhance responsiveness, we promoted daily stand-up meetings to improve communication, increase alignment, and facilitate quick problem-solving.
