Enables turning ideas (from the Inventory strategy – see B.1.3) into an inventory solution/plan that will satisfy the production system capacity requirements. Kaizen Institute with support from Simmtex developed a hands-on Power BI based tool for forecasting of the future component orders to optimise the usage of the Inventory system. Simmtex and the Kaizen Institute possess strong knowledge in designing logistic and inventory solutions.
