The intent is for the Project Leaders, Sponsors, Stakeholders, & the Team Members to understand the five project phases: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, & Closing.

- Understand characteristics of project phases (e.g.: Project Lifecycles, Phases, Phase End Reviews)
- Teaching methodology
- Walkthrough of example of a waterfall type project versus Adaptive (Agile). Develop discussion and observations.
- Implementation Strategy
- Implement and scale all 5 project phases in a real project. Link to the project planning phase (see E2.15).
