Product Portfolio is a group of products which belong to one product line (business unit) and enable market positioning and realisation of the commercial (sales) targets. Product Portfolio is characterized by having distinct Product Positioning (C.1.4), good Product Strategy (C.1.5) in place and clear understanding of the Product Life Cycle (C.2.6).
